Initial consultation – £60 Includes initial 30mins phone or video call, 1 hour face to face training or video chat, detailed assessment of needs, formulation of a training plan and a written summary of the session detailing what was discussed and demonstrated.

Follow up sessions – £40 (60mins)

Package £120 includes initial consultation (as above) and 2 follow up 60min sessions.

Remote training via zoom or similar £30 per hour consultation.
